I'm not sure if your cat being sick can harm your baby, but it can harm your cat. Take the poor thing to the vet.

Your husband or significant other should be handling the mess of the cat. Yes, it can cause toxoplasmosis, usually with feces only, and usually with outside cats more than inside, but why risk it?

Get your significant other to take the cat to the vet for proper treatment, and you let him clean up after it.
