I believe I have ondemand hot water which comes from my boiler direct and does not stay hot for more than 2 minutes any solutions

You may need to describe this system a little more. Is the boiler strictly for hot water, or does it heat the house when needed? Either way, I am having trouble seeing how that would happen. Gas. Electric, or oil?
