My employer offers private long term disability coverage, but was also taking out the CA SDI. My employer said I should be able to get the SDI back. Is there ay way I can get it refunded? If so, how?

I do not think you can get refunded.

However, contact the California Franchise Tax Board and ask. They will clarify the issue.
