A friend gave me a Motorola Razrv3 phone and it said AT&T. I placed in my sim card but it asked for the subsidy passcode. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Is your SIM an AT&T? If so, ask them.

This is the problem, cell phones are stolen all the time, I can buy a razar for about 5 bucks at a lot of gas station parking lots in Atlanta.

So we don't know if this was a stolen phone, a lost phone or what. So that is why you will have to go into your provider and have them unlock the phone.
