Do I have a case to sue my company
Istarted working for a company 7months ago.Within two months I was promoted from tills to supervisor.I was also told supervisor was being changed to shift managers and I had the job A week later I had my thumb broken ,it had nothing to do with work ,I was on the sick for 5weeks I was told during the 5weeks,I was told the job I already had been giving have now been given to someone else.BASICLLY because I was on the sick id lost my position .I returned to work to have to work on the tills again and I am also losing at least £1hour on my wage do I have a claim.
