    Stop judgements and leins
    Is it true that if II send whatever paymeny I can afford to my credit card companies it will stop judgments and leins.

    Nope. A creditor can refuse a payment or that can go after you for the balance if they have not agreed to a payment plan.

    Nope, if you are in default, they may take you to court. If you make a payment that is agreeable to them, they may not take you to court and if this agreement is in writing, normally they will not go to court.

    But no, this is just a non true story that is often told on debts,
