I have not had a period for 4 months I am defenetly not pregnant I have had abnormal cancer smear results and I'm concerned that the two could be related please help

Yes, they could be related, did you talk to the doctor about the abnormal smears? The doctor should've told you what was going on..

This is the reason to get a pap every year promptly... Your doctor should have explained the symptoms to you. This could also be a bladder infection.

I would book an appointment with your doctor immediately.
