E45 or Aqueous cream BP, they are designed for clinical use of dry skin conditions. There are fantastic for fixing dry skin and they contain no perfume or random nonsense. They are also very cheap.

Some men use bar soaps that dries out their skin. If you're a man with dry skin, I recommend using a creamy cleanser. This will hydrate your skin as you cleanse. As for moisturizers, a creamy moisturizer is best for dry skin. Nivea has a line of products formulated for men with dry skin. You will find the products at a pharmacy in the skin care section. You might want to give it a try and see if it works for you.
