    Contract for deed evictin
I recently sold my double wide trailer on a contract for deed and they are currently $700 in arrears and the first of next month is coming soon. What do you suggest?

    Hello georgianne:

Evict them. If you don't know how, go read you state landlord/tenant laws. We have a copy right here at the top of the forum on a sticky note.

What does your contract say you can do. Your contract has to be, and needs to be detailed, example would be, upon failure to pay current rents within >>>> days, this contract will revert to a month to month rental. Or after so many days late, this contract will be null and void.
So what does your contract say about it. I would assume you used an attorney to write your contract so that all the proper legal clauses are included.
