Is it legal in Texas to be an 18yr old dating a 16 yr old. :confused:

Dating shouldn't be a problem if the 16 year old's parents consent. Now, physical relations of any kind may be a problem as the age of consent in Texas is 17.

Dating, holding hands, going to the movies, is fine as long as the girls parents don't care. If you decide to have sexual contact then the 18 year old can find thierself in jail
