I was wondering what was the tittle of a movie with a sparrow that takes the gold leaves off the statue of the prince and brings it to the poor.And at the end the sparrow dies because he missed to fly south for the winter.

That sounds a lot like the plot to "The Happy Prince" by Oscar Wilde. It is a swallow, not a sparrow but the plot is dead on. The book was made into an animated movie in 1974 called "The Happy Prince" with Christopher Plummer as the voice of the Prince. I never saw the movie, so it may not be the one you are looking for, but I would bet top dollar that the movie you are looking for is based on the book!
