How to Avoid watching TV and working on PC
    HI ,
I watch more TV. I sleep very late and get up very late. Even when I get sleep I don't stop watching TV.

I work more on PC without breaks. This is not being avoidable.

Due to this I am restless, I am losing vision power and also losing proper sleep.

I want to be normal and healthy. Can anyone tell simple and smart techniques to bail out this problem.

I had the same problem. First step, if you have a TV in your bedroom take it out. It only messes with your sleep. Force yourself to get out and about to keep yourself busy and away from TV and computer. Go cold turkey, it's the only way it will work. Limit yourself to a specific amount of time for TV and computer a day, and be realistic. It will work, trust me.
