I am in my forties, and have not had sex for many years. What happens to the semen or the sperm in me. Also, what are some of the discomfort I will esperience, if any.

Don't worry there will be no problems at all. It doesn't make a difference whether it is regular sex or once in 10 years nothing changes. Depends how regually you mastibate

Studies show that men who don't have very regular orgasms and ejaculation have *significantly* more prostate cancer than men who ejaculate very often. Male bodies are built to be sex machines, to spread their seed often in order to ensure the survival of the species!

There is definitely a downside to not ejaculating every day.
