I need to find out how to go about getting married in the court house

Call the court house?? Oh yea and find someone willing to marry you

All you do is find out what is required for a marriage license. This may require a blood test, a waiting period and other things as required by your state. So you make sure you have that taken care of. After that you make an apointment with the ( or one of the judges) to do the wedding. Normally this is done in chambers ( their office) not the courtroom and if very imformal.

Also there will be many pastors who are willing to do the wedding at the courthouse for you, or in their home at little or no cost also.
