Hi Zayd, losing weight fast is never a good idea. It's really hard on your body. At worst, for energy, your body will begin to eat its own muscles. Most folks will tell you to eat less and exercise more. That usually takes a long time though. The Atkins diet may be your best bet. Have you talked to anyone about your desire to lose weight? Having a friend or a parent cheering you on and understanding what you are going through can make all the difference.Quote:

You live in a body that's still growing. Feed yourself, train your heart, train your muscles. Have your parents take you to a health club and consult with a certified fitness professional. Do NOT go to a diet or weight loss center.
Please do so. You're at a critical stage in your physical development, and I'd like to see you get off to the right start.
Hey, please excuse any mistake that I might make have a lot to do, OK well I'm a formal bodybuilder and the one thing this to losing body fat is important,
1. sleep - you must be getting enough sleep for to grow, and by growing I mean the body losses weight over time due to your genes, that's why so many bodybuilders use protein to maintain their size, not just to get big,
2. diet is very important when I took my first step into bodybuilding I though to myself that I can't afford these expensive foods, etc... I though to myself what if I just eat my every day foods, and stop eating junk food, such as. Honeybuns, poptarts... sodas' candy anything that makes you over weight, well to say that work better than eating organic foods, also to enhance that don't eat fried foods, trust me parents will understand diet change. Expessically when you tell them no to sweets, they will kind of congragulate you on that.
3 water you must drink 10 glass of water a day 10 8oz of water a day, not all at one time.
4- fitness is another thing its not mandatory, you must chose, or you just take the long way around when you have to walk somewhere, one thing that works for your age, is constaly staying active. Ex when its time to take out trash you do it, wash the car you do it walk the dog you do it, play sports.
5. you have to want to lose weight for this all to work, no pain no gain. Listen to music while doing this, I can no go into the gym bench press 600 and not have my music, you know your favorite songs.
There's no "fast" way to lose weight, it's kind of a slow process, but when you do it right then you can keep the weight off. Two-3 lbs a week is a safe weight loss. Cut out junk food, fried foods and fast foods, sweets, high sodium foods, like chips and presweetened drinks like soda. Drink lots of water throughout the day, as much as you can. If you eat a lot of white flour products switch to whole grain breads, cereals, rice and pasta. Have fruit and veggies with your main meals, and eat 3 oz. only, of lean meats, like chicken, turkey breast, fish and loin type meat, cut out processed foods. Add beans and legumes to your meals for added protein and there's no fat! Make sure you include 3 servings of low fat, skim dairy like milk, yogurt and cheese. And eat a good breakfast such as oatmeal or whole grain cereal, skim milk, some fruit. If you need something to snack on small amounts of nuts and seeds, for something sweet and healthy make your own granola with raw oats, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, raisins and a dollop of organic honey. Read the nutritional labels on everything you eat and stick to the one serving size, and know what your eating, so you can control the sugar, and fats you don't need. You have to include exercise 3-4 times a week, walking, biking, swimming, dancing, aerobics, resistance training, but you got to work out your body for at least 30 minutes to start with.
Make small changes and keep working at it, and you'll do fine!
