My Ccaftsman 13 1/2 Hp Briggs &Straton Will Not Start.I Replaced Spark Plug,Gas And It Just Spins I Do See A Spark But It's Very Light It Seems.

"Just Turns Over With No Crank" turns over and crank mean the same thing, it is or it isn't, can't be both. Pull the spark plug wire and hold it very close to the engine while you turn the key. Do you see/hear a spark?
