I tried to update my dvdrw 2016IM through internet, now it is jammed and does not work.
How do I roll back my driver to get the drive to work thanks:(

System properties,hardware tab and find your dvd . Uninstall it and then let windows reinstall it unless you have the startup disc for the dvd
