Well, you could just come up to her or find a way to talk to her without her noticing your wanting to come to her. Like plan the teacher to put you with her for a project or something that is intentional. Then start by saying "hi" or something to her. Start slow. Most important:

DON'T just come outand tell her you like her dude, especially if you think she hasn't noticed you yet. IF you flirt with her and you havea good indication that she likes you too than bust up there. If not, try striking up a conversation about school or something first, that'll get you started.
