I think I have the same yoghurt maker actually. It has 8 little glass jars with white lids and they are contained in a white incubator with a smoky plastic cover.
1.Making yoghurt is easy, you mix 7 jars of lukewarm milk with one jar of natural yoghurt and then put the jars in the incubator (without the little lids on)
2.Put the cover on the incubator and switch on for 6-7 hours. 7 hours will taste more tart. Experiment until you get the taste you like. (Although the yoghurt shouldn't be disturbed until 6 hours have passed)
3. Take jars out and cover with the lids. Refrigerate for several hours.

To make flavoured yoghurts put a little jam or honey into the bottom of the jars first, or try using milkshake flavouring in the milk mix.
Hope this helps.=========
