    I Had My Bank Account Frooze For A Judgement I Never Received. What Can I Do?

    File a motiion to vacate the judgement on the grounds of improper service.

    Did you receive any papers? You should have received a summons/complaint as well as the Judgment -

    Go to Court, look at the file, check the Affidavits of Service and then decide whether to attempt to set it aside.
