So far I have done the following:
x^2 -8x + y^2 + 6y=0
(x-4)^2 + (y+3)^2=121
z^2 + 10z + w^2 - 4w=52
(z+5)^2 + (w-2)^2=81
xw-2x+yz+3z-4w+5y>76
x(w-2) + z(y+3) - 4w + 5y>76
