So I've had these bumps on my arms and thighs and they look like zits. How do I get rid of them I've tried lotion and moisturizing and nothing.. I want them gone. If you have anything or advice I need it.

Have you tried body scrub? This is best used before a shower/bath. The best thing to do is to use your hand to apply it and then start rubbing it in. I do this in the bath as it can get messy, and then shower as normal.
