I have a White Rodgers 1F58-58 Thermostat. When I turn my airconditioner on to cool, the Aux Heat automatically comes on and blows hot air?? Please help!

You might have a defective relay. What brand name and model number is your inside unit?

Remove the cover of the Tstat... unscrew the three screws... remove the Tstat... look at the wires coming in... the white and yellow are touching... move wires so they do not touch... replace Tstat and cover... problem solved.
