    No flush?
    Hello,
First time on and need advice. I just replaced the bolts and washers that hold the tank onto the base. Now when I flush, the water will not escape through the outlet hole. Sorry, did not know the actual name. I am wondering if the gasket has anything to do with this?

Lets take this one step at a time. You changed the tank bolts and washer but nothing else, right? Does the tank fill properly to 1/4" below the over flow tube? When you flush does the arm move in the tank and raise the flapper? If the tank is full and the flapper comes up it should drain. Back to you.
