Would it matter that I replaced the furnace janitrol(downlfow) with an upflow furnace?
Yes the duct system is set backwards and that's not at all recommended

There's not a cheap way to fix it either get all new duct work or a different furnace sorry

So now what do I check for...
Thanks for your help
Do you have the duct work sealed tight or is air blowing out all a round
Not completely sealed..Quote:

What about the blowerr.. I don't want it on all the time...
If you set to auto does the blower came on at all or does it run and shut off
Doesn't come on at all.. have waited for over 3-4minutes and nothing... I am thinking cause furnace is not warm enough yet? For it to kick on.. or should it..?Quote:

OK on Filter... now what about blower, how can I get it to shutoff by itself... or is not kicking on because of the cold air?
You have been a real help by the way.. ;>)
Take the top door off in the middle of your furnace is a fan switch it might be covered by a silver box or you might have what's called a camstat where you will be able to see the temp settings let me know which one you have

OK does the blower come on and only run for about 30 seconds or is it not coming on at all now
Only comes on if I wire it hard...Quote:
