    Starting a Weedeater blower
My gas Weedeater blower won't start. I checked the spark plug and it looks good. Please give me some suggestions?

I know this sounds simple and generic, and do not mean for it to sound smart, but, did you follow the starting instructions to a "T" ? Many of the models out now simply will not start without a lot of red tape and an act of congress. If you have followed the instructions, see if you have spark at the plug. Then try and start with the plug in and then remove the plug and see if the end of the plug is wet, if you have a paper towel handy when you remove the plug and touch the end of the plug to the paper towel, it will show if the plug is "wet". If the plug is wet, it indicates we at least have fuel, and if you tested the spark, we have spark, then all we need is compression and be certain that the flywheel key is not sheared.
