Now I am over weight I am 6ft4 and about 17 and a half stone. (245 lb)
At the moment Im on a get fit thing. I have not done any exercise such as gym running or anything yet because I am taking things one step at a time...
First step for me was to stop smoking which I have managed to do for about 3 and a half months!
Now I need to combat my eating crap!
I am single and live on my own. And can't cook very well. So I tend to go for tins of things. I also have a very funny working life, example:
Woke up at 10:30am ate cereal
Had a cake bar 11ish
1pm had four slices of brown bread with ham, pork pie, crisps and a choco buscuit.
Started work at 2pm
(im at work)
I finish at 10pm, at that time of night I don't want to cook so I will order pizza or have nothing.
What I am after is a easy to cook diet that I can make easily. As I have no cooking skills at all!
Anyone help?
