Is there any condonation from the penalty 4 default in filing compliance certificate?
What type of condonation is available for this type of penalty? Is there any case law regarding this? Please help me.
The AGM is held on 29 th Sepember. So the due date of filing compliance certificate wpould be 29 th Oct. But it is not filed on that date. So what steps could be taken to avoid the penalty?

    Hello c:

    We're not miracle workers here.

I don't know what an AGM is or compliance certificate. Nor do I know the penalty for not filing one on time. The laws are different all over the world. You might be living in Timbuktoo for all I know.

However, if you had a document that was supposed to be filed with some agency, and you MISSED the date, there may be NO steps available to you.

I don't know how much the penalty is, so I wouldn't know whether you should hire a lawyer to fight it.

So, maybe if you filled in the blanks, you'd get a better answer than this.
