When I was in grade school the coach told us to bring in an old pair of sneakers we were not going to use any more. When we got to practice he had a garden hose cut up. He took our sneakers and some duct tape and taped two piece's of the hose under where our toes were right next to each other so when we walked it was like walking on our toes. He said walk with these shoes for 20 minutes a day. I know it sounds strange but lets put it this way I am 5'6" and I can slap the back board on a layup by 9th grade and I was in 8th grade when I started using that.Quote:
