IM 17 and I don't live at home with my parents so what is my age limit to date someone?

You need to give us more info. Where do you live, what state and tell us the details of not living with your parent. Who do you live with or are you considered emancipated? For all I know you are away at college or something.

Dating isn't illegal at ANY age. However, having SEX might be. I don't know. Is dating and having sex with someone the same thing??

I live in Illinois! I don't live with my parents because we don't get along so! I'm not emancipated! And I'm a drop out but going to get my high school deploma soon!!
