    Try taking vitamin A, D and E, flaxseed oil and zinc 30 mg after a month of taking zinc take copper 2 mg as well.

    Use aloe or eucalyptus gel on blisters.
    Wear WHITE cotton socks,

    You can soak in a tub with baking soda or Aveena Oatmeal too.

    If these do not help you may need to see a dermatologist.

    Could very possibly be Raynaud's disease or phenomenon. Nothing to fool around with because you could do significant nerve damage. I would see your Physician.

    Fungal infections come to mind also. Please have this checked out by your physician.

    Or eczema. When mine breaks out between my fingers, it blisters. Any way it goes... looks like a trip to the doc
