    Addition of softwares
    Can u tell how to create a xp cd so that when I install xp from tat cd the softwares(antivirus,sounddrivers,graphics drivers... ) which are in tat cd get installed directly wthiout any extenal help

    You would have to reauthor the cd and most likely make it into a DVD because of the amount of programs and data you want to add to it. I've seen it done for windows 2000 to "slip stream" in SP4 and other updates, but I'm not sure that you want to add those other programs to the install of the OS. If you want to save time than make a ghost image (burn to a cd/dvd or even a second HDD depending on size) of your OS with all the programs updates (at that time) installed. Then if you have a problem you can just re-image your drive (after you backup your personal data).

    You'll need to set up an example system then take an "image" of it to use for other PC for unattended installation.
