My cats are acting so weird lately, one has been peeing on our jackets if left on the floor or behind my sond hockey net that is down in the basement or on floor mats... the other one is constantly on our kitchen counter looking for food like he is starving or something... when we sit down to eat at the kitchen table they sit at our feet aned wait for food to fall and if we turn our back for one second they are right up there eating our food... they have never ever done this before and I am very concerned... they have lots of there own food to eat and there litter is always cleaned for them... they really have no reason for doing this... but... they started doing this when I changed their food I couldn't get to the regular place I usually get their food so I went to the local grocery store and got them something different... do you think that the different food could have done this to them maybe they are lacking something that they used to get in their regular food?. I noticed the behavioural change was shortley after I purchased this other food for them... maybe I am way off but could it be their food that is making them act this way?:confused:

I am guessing they are acting out because they are upset, stressed (maybe from the food change) or territorial. I'm going to say it's probably because if the food change, so switch back and see if that helps.

Also, I've heard good things about a product called nature's miracle, spray it where the cat peed and it won't pee there again, I guess, but I've not used it so I cannot recommend it from experience.
