    Judgement and bank account
Mann Bracken states they are represnting FIA card services -FIA card services said they have no control and account has been charged off .
I feel this account has been purchased . True or Not or just a thought about this.

If they win a judgement can they seize a joint checking account. Yes or No

I have followed this web site to the T

    Motion for discovery
    Valadation of Debt
    Intend to defend

On the top of Civil Summons it states FIA card services VS name and nothing about Mann Bracken ,even though I dealing directly with Mann Bracken

I'm not aware that Mann Bracken purchases any accounts - I thought they only collected.

And, yes, they can seize a joint checking account.

Now that Mann Bracken has the account it is out of FIA's hands as far as you (the debtor) discussing it with the original creditor, but, yes, FIA is still the Plaintiff and should be so listed.
