Hey all you amazing people!!
Thanks for all of your previous suggestions on my other topic... I was a professional athelete n' I have set my records in short run and have 3 records in 5 k.m. marathon till now. But due to my academics and part time job I was unable to keep in touch with sports.. in past 3-4 years I have enjoyed enough beer ( I think) because of which am currenlty weighing 84 kgs.. I have left my job and just continuing with my full time engineering education... I wish... No! I WANT to get back my athelete body and stamina with the charm I had in my life. Please suggest me how do I start with? People laugh at me when I potray myself as an athlete.. I am ready to take all efforts to gain back... I would be very grateful, if you suggest me the Right methods to lose weight at a faster rate... I have nearly 8 months to go for the University sports and wish to represent my college in the same.
