    New Toilets Not Flushing
We recently purchased a 20 year old 2-story house in Las Vegas. 2 of the 3 toilets, I think on the same pipe because they are right above and below each other, were having lots of trouble flushing. We have a homeowner warranty and they sent out a plumber.

The plumber replaced the entire toilet and toilet set-up with new ones. So everything should be fine. But now these new toilets are not flushing and we have to plunge them out daily. It is not every flush, usually every 2nd flush or so, but it may even do this with nothing more than a square of paper in it. Could anyone direct me as to something we can do ourselves or to tell the plumber? Thanks!

The problem most likely was not the toliets but the pipe, if and when they pipe start to back up, they don't flush near as well.

It may be the plumber did not fine tune them. The water in the tank must be at the top of the overflow and the flapper has to be adjusted for maximum exhaust.
