Hi my gwife has a lease in Pensacola. She just moved up with me in Washington state. I am in the Navy and want to know if there is some kind of law through the military where she can break the lease.

Yes but the law is all in the landlords favor. She can of course always break a lease, but she will be liable to pay for the full rent for the full term of the lease period.

Not unless your name is on the lease and you have valid transfer orders. If not, then I'm afraid she's out of luck.
