OK me dad has broad band on his comp and I want to connect it to mine, so we added a hub in, and me dad did all the setup stuff and my comp can c me dads comp but don't cannect to net and my dads comp can't c mine ahh I have no clue how to do this stuff so someone please explain in details what I need to do

Need a few things cleared up.

Is the internet connected to your dad's computer or to the hub ?

If is only on your Dads then you need to setup Internet Connection Sharing.

A better and simpler way to achieve this would be to purchase a Broadband Router. Basically its like a hub but smarter. Your broadband plugs in to the router and then automatically shares it to what ever computers are connected to it. A lot les fiddly than ICS above.
