    Remove name off deed
    How do I go about removing my name off a deed of a house - I no longer live in?
    The house is not in my name - but my name is on the deed.

    Huh? If your name is on the deed then the house IS, at least partially, in your name.

    Why were you on the deed in the first place? Are you the only person on the deed? If not, how is the ownership listed?
