Quiet Title, if you purchase or own property that has possible other claims to it, perhaps a deed from two owners ago where a spouse did not sign the deed, or some estate issue form a previous owner and so on, you can file this action in court. It will require a very complete title search and attempts to contact and clear up those issues.
