Cheerleading is killing my wrist!
Personally I don't know what's wrong with it
But gradually my wrist started to get worse and worse
To where it's reached constant pain,
And at practice it gets to where its so painful I can't help but cry?
And like for real I'm use to pain
I was a competitive gymnast and suffered through some major back problems
Until my coach made me see and doctor where I was told it was either quit or surgery

So now I cheer and my wrists are the problem...
I've tried taping them
Icing them
Nothing
One is worse than the other
And its manageble pain until we start tumbling and stunting
I just want to know what's wrong with it?
And what I can do to help it?
