I was wondering how to view the earsed history on my computer

For the internet use or just your computer?

If you erase the history its gone.

Yes, for the internet, you can't retrieve it.

If it's just your computer you may be able to do system restore and un-erase some data, but not for your internet browsing, which I'm guessing is what you are trying to see.

Okay its very simple...
Above click on tools
Scroll down to internet options
Click on it of course
Then it will say temporary internet files
And there is a box that says settings...
Click on settings and then view files and then you have all the files if they weren't smart enough to delete them

The question was how to view erased history! Your solution, as you admit, doesn't do that.
