    Human Anatomy.
I have been out of college for a few years and am looking at taking a few classes as prerequisites for medical record coding. I have about 2 years left in the service and want something that I can hit the ground running with so I am looking at starting as soon as possible with this. The only prerequisites are human anatomy and physiology. When I was in college my major was computer graphic designing, but I have lost interest in it as that career has had an over flow of people in recently. I am thinking of just taking the online classes for these courses as I am not requiered to have a lab for either. Can someone just tell me a little about what I can expect from these courses (not the obvious of course) as far as, will I be writing papers, is it hard to find a college that will teach this online without the lab and such. Thank you for your help!

You need to research your local community colleges that may offer this class online. I took this class on campus. I had 2 instructors.. one for the lecture (which was A LOT of material with many tests.. no papers at all) and one for the lab part. The lab was fun! We did all kinds of interesting stuff. As far as taking it online, I don't know if it will be offered online since there is a lab part to it. I don't know what state you live in and I'm sure they all vary by requirements.

Is there any way that you can take all your other classes online and just take this one on campus? Either way, I would look up all your local colleges and see if any of them offer it online, and if they do, then GREAT for you!
