    Thermostat wiring
Is there a special thermostat for an electric furnace with A/C/. Don't you
Want the blower to come on as soon as the electric heat is energized? In other words the same time.

Not really. There is a time delay for the blower to come on in most electric furnaces. It helps prevent cold air from being blown out of the register before the electric elements heat up. Also most electric furnaces have the elements staged so they do not come on all at one time.
