I need help getting emancipated in menlo park California I'm not sure on how to do it I am 15 about to be 16 in January I have a job and good grades if someone can help me I would greatly appriciate that.

* You are at least 14 years old.
* You don't want to live with your parents. Your parents don't mind if you move out.
* You can handle your own money.
* You have a legal way to make money.
* Emancipation would be good for you.
