OK so my boyfriend and I have been on and off for seven years. We love each other. So we went different ways and he meet this crazy Bi**H and all she wanted from him is his money.. I never wanted him 4 that.. So after 3 years back between me and her then ended up having a kid. She is crazy she been taking away in a stiright jacket, od on pills and told his mom that she was going to kill her. Me and his fam tell him to sign his rigth away so he doesn't have to go w her... what do you think?

Well regardless if he keeps his rights to his child or not... he doesn't have to be with her.

That being said, it's not so easy for him to just reliquish his rights to his child... if it was there would be tons more of parentless children out there.
Unless the mother is in agreement to this, and has someone willing to adopt the child in his place, there is nothing he can as far as signing away his rights.

If I were him... and what you say about the mother is true... then I would be fighting for sole custody of this child, to give them a safe loving home.
