Get a good job. If you don't think it is yours push for a DNA test. Giving up parental rights doesn't mean you get out of paying support.

Yup. Sorry but you made the child you are responsible.

The only time that rights are relinquished is when the child is in the adoption process.

The only thing giving up your rights means is that you are not able to make decisions regarding the health and welfare of the child.

If your child goes to a school you don't like, you haven't a choice, but you still have to pay support...

If your child needs a controversial medical treatment, you haven't a choice, but you still have to pay support.

Pay your support and start being a father for your child.

The mother will not let me see the child. She is 6 now and I have never seen ever a picture of her. I don't even know her mother!

Well you must know the mother if you had a child with her. Usually that involves having sex.

You have every right to see the child, it is a matter if you choose to or not. Just because the mother doesn't let you see the child doesn't mean you can't.

If you are paying support you will easily be able to locate the mother and file for visitation.

First, you say you were drugged, are you contending you were raped?

Second, have you filed in Family court for custody or visitation rights? If you are being required to pay support, then there must have been some court hearing on it.

Third, did you ever a test to confirm paternity? Did you not file for custody at that time?
