    Green in TV picture.
Hi I have a 42 inch sony TV that is about 8 years old. Ive noticed that their is a lot of green in the picture... around people and images.. like an outline. Ive tried toying with ALL the picture settings and no dice. Any ideas as to what's causing this problem and how to repair? Any feedback would be awesome! :)

The green is coming because your TV is going to die soon. They usually last 8-10 years, in my experience, and repairing it is usually more expensive than replacing it.

You're welcome, I'm sorry that you are upset about it, but you can probably have it repaired, it might just be unpractical, as it could be more expensive than just buying another TV.
