You don't don't have to evict them, you can allow them to live there free if you want to. But yes most landlords evict for non payment.
I am sorry but you have no business being a landlord if you do't know when or how to evict people. It would be work money to you, to visit a local attorney and get a lesson on landlord/tennant laws.

No, I am not a landlord I'm a Mom And Grandma to my daughter and 2yr old grandson. I let my daughter come and stay with the baby, then her boyfriend came and now he lays around and doesn't pay any rent or help with food or anything and they are constantly fighting and yelling in front of my Grandson and I can't take it anymore. OR, if you're in danger, you can go to court to get a restraining order. I'd do that. That means he has to leave RIGHT NOW.
