I need helping finding out who I need to talk to about getting soul custody of my 9 month old son. His father walked out on us to go and be with his new family and wants nothing to do with me or my son.:confused: :eek: :eek: :( :mad:

If there is nothing set up through the courts already... as far as visitation, you already have sole custody until it is brought before the court.
